The event will be a 5 round open swiss, with G/30;d5 time control. Prize fund is $400. Entry fee is $35. Registration is now open. Brian was the founder of this iteration of York Club and was well known up and down the east coast for his work as a tournament director. He died from cancer in Oct. 2024.
